Maria Liability Staking Plan

The Maria Liability staking plan differs from Maria staking plan by only one rule: the percent of the bank value used for each decimal odds range represents the liability for the bet, not the stake, as illustrated below:

Decimal odds range

% of bank to set as Liability

Less Than or Equal To 3.5

1

Greater Than or Equal To 3.6 and Less Than or Equal To 7.4

0.6

Greater Than or Equal To 7.5 and Less Than or Equal To 11

0.4

Greater Than 11

0

The stake is calculated according to the following formulas:

liability = (percentLiability / 100) × bankToBet

stake = liability / (selectionPrice – 1)

where:

  • percentLiability = percent of the bank to set as liability for the bet.
  • bankToBet = betting bank.
  • liability = liability for the bet.
  • selectionPrice = selection decimal odds.
  • stake = stake to place for qualified selection.

At the start of the staking plan, the betting bank to which the percent values apply is the start bank. At the end of each day the following rules apply:

  • If the current bank has a value greater than the betting bank, then it becomes the new betting bank.
  • If the current bank has a value smaller than the betting bank, the liabilities are not changed unless the current bank is equal to or smaller than 65% of the betting bank. In this case, the percent values will apply to the 65% value of the betting bank. The new liabilities will remain the same until the current bank increases back to the value of the betting bank.
